WHX Block illustrated with Euro Fittings

This may be the budget line in our range of water blocks but it sacrifices nothing in terms of performance.. Built on the requirements of the AMD XP range of CPU's the WHX is fully adaptable for use with IHS (Integrated Heat Spreaders). The performance of this block has not been compromised for the sake of cost. The design of the unit meets all the requirements of today and tomorrow's CPU heat production.

The WHX is a robust product utilizing our "Rill" technology which increases fluid turbulence where it is need most. The WHX also uses our "injector" made popular through the CWX version. By incorporating the two design features of fluid flowrate control and turbulence, the WHX provides high levels of performance.

The WHX block fits motherboards with the four motherboard hole mounting system. An adapter plate will shortly be made available which will permit the mounting of the WHX onto the Intel P4 mounting system. Continuing development at this time indicates that the WHX may also be able to migrate to the AMD 64 system with little adaptation. Full evaluation of this move is currently being investigated.

We are particularly happy with the level of base plate machine finish we are able to produce. We anticipate that this finish will improve even further over time with the introduction of new technology. Standard lapped finishes are also available.

Please note that the block illustrated above is fitted with the early Euro conversion fittings and the product will be subject to change before release. For Australian conditions a standard 1/2" barb system is adopted. Future pictures will clearly indicate the options available.
