DIY Proto Block Kit

In response to the number of people seeking out parts to complete their own water block design we have decided to put together a basic kit for people to experiment with. Please note that there will only be a limited number of these kits made. This Do It Yourself kit is made up of the following parts.

One Copper base plate 80mm x 50 mm X 4.6mm with screw holes drilled and tapped for top fixing.
One polycarbonate top to suit the base plate dimensions complete with all the necessary holes pre drilled. The top is provided with threaded pre drilled holes for barbs to form either a cross flow or impingement design.
Four M4 stainless steel button head fixing screws with enough length to provide for a gasket thickness of 2.5mm.
Two 3/8" threaded barbs suitable for either 1/2" or 3/8" tubing sizes.

The parts are supplied in an unfinished state. Lapping and internal construction of the block is left up to the purchaser. A mounting plate for the block is not included.
