Terms & Conditions of Trading

1. Credit Card purchase is now available through PayPal. Place your order through the "Secure Orders " link on the left hand side of the web page. Payment for products can also be by direct deposit to our bank account. When you make your deposit please include an identifier otherwise it is impossible to clarify who the deposit is from. Direct deposit details can take up to 48 hours to reach us.

2. All prices on the web page include GST and are quoted in AUD$. International orders can be accommodated through Telegraphic transfer or PayPal only. The GST of 10% is removed for all international customers. International customers can email us through the Ask a Question button and request a quote.

3. Orders in Australia are sent by courier. For small items Australia Post is also available. Radiical kits are sent by courier and are insured. Purchasers will be quoted for freight costs at the time of purchase. Should you wish to insure your parcel please advise us at the time of purchase. International orders are sent by airmail through Australia Post. Should you require insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. International orders can also be sent through Fedex if required by the customer.

4. We will take every care to pack parcels safely for transport and in a space efficient manner.

5. Should a package arrive in a damaged condition it is important that you not accept receipt of the parcel in that condition. Notify us immediately. It is impossible to process a claim for damage in transit if you accept the parcel as arriving in good condition. Should the package appear to have been tampered with the same process should apply.

6. We agree to not disclose any information about you or details of your purchase to anybody else. We agree to keep our transactions with you confidential.

PRODUCT RETURNS

• Radiical Computing provides a 12-month RTB warranty on all products unless stated otherwise.
• Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Radiical Computing' discretion.
• An RA# (return authorization number) must be obtained from our Service Department before any goods are returned. This RA# must be clearly written on shipping label, NOT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, and a copy of the original invoice must be supplied.
• If an RA# cannot be identified Radiical Computing will be unable to accept delivery.
• Goods should be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will not be accepted. Returns sent by COD without the expressed consent and agreement of Radiical Computing will not be accepted.
• Radiical Computing is unable to accept any returned goods that are not in their unmarked original packaging and in complete "as new" condition.
• An RA# does not guarantee either credit or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return goods to Radiical Computing.
• Radiical Computing will void warranty of any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered with by unauthorized personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will also void the warranty.
• Products returned for credit may incur 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Radiical Computing.
• Warranty is void on any item which is physically damaged.
